This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court dated September 24, 1998, imposing sentence after conviction for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A)(iii).
In this appeal, appellant seeks review of the district court's denial of appellant's motion to suppress physical evidence and the prosecutor's improper comments in closing argument.
