I. INTRODUCTION.
xxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx are charged with joining a conspiracy to conceal the assets and property of Robert xxxxxx by fraud and misrepresentation in order to permit xxxxxxx to discharge his debts in bankruptcy proceedings while maintaining control over property of the bankruptcy estate.
Critical to the Government's case is the testimony of xxxxxxx that xxxxxxxxxx made admissions to this conspiracy to Mrs. xxxxxxxxxx on September 2, 1990. These alleged admissions implicate xxxxxxxxxx as well.
Mr. xxxxxx and Ms. xxxxxxx have denied
these allegations during adversary proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court. Mrs. Brockie has
