MOTION FOR INVENTORY OF SEIZED ITEMS

AND FOR RETURN OF PROPERTY

The defendant moves the Court under Local Rule 520-1, N.D.Ga., to order the Government to provide an inventory of all items seized from the defendant by law enforcement officials which the Government expects to introduce at trial.

The defendant also moves, pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 41(e), for an order requiring return of all lawfully possessed property seized. The defendant has been aggrieved by the deprivation of this property and is entitled its return.
